John brings experience in the Hotel and residential building industry, having contributed to some of Victoria’s biggest projects.

After completing a Masters of Property and Construction, John worked as a project engineer with a Tier 1 builder, and then went on to work as a client side project manager, delivering large hotel and residential developments within Melbourne’s CBD.

John’s natural sense of integrity brings a decisive and common-sense approach to operations focus at J2, with a focus on the sourcing and acquisition of sites, feasibility studies and other front-end services, all with an eye on project viability and return on investment. John holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Property and Construction from the University of Melbourne.

Joseph has broad experience across construction and infrastructure development for Tier 1 builders, with a speciality managing commercial and residential projects. He has successfully delivered several boutique apartment developments within Melbourne’s inner suburbs, from feasibility through to superintending the staged construction programs.

Joseph prides himself on a passion for design and an eye for detail.  As a co-director of J2, he works across project strategy, client liaison and stakeholder management, ensuring that clarity and integrity is upheld from beginning to end.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design and a Bachelor of Property and Construction from the University of Melbourne.
